At Field Trip Health, we understand that travelling to a clinic isn’t always possible. Mobility challenges, chronic conditions, distance from major cities, or demanding schedules can make it difficult to access care, even when you’re ready for change.

Our upcoming **At-Home Program** brings professionally guided psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy directly to you.

# The At-Home Program

Our at-home model offers the full Field Trip standard of care with a hybrid approach: a **Field Trip nurse will come to your home** for each dosing session, and your **therapist will support you through preparation and integration via secure video**.

This program is being developed to include:

- **In-home dosing** administered and monitored by a trained nurse
- **Therapeutic preparation and integration sessions** with your clinician over video
- **Therapeutic support during your first dosing session** delivered virtually
- **Vital-sign monitoring and safety oversight** throughout every dosing session
- **A structured, evidence-based treatment plan** personalized to your needs
- **The same clinical standards and safety protocols** as our in-clinic programs

The result? You receive hands-on medical care at home, plus consistent therapeutic guidance *without* needing to travel.
